The initial funding to establish the Bulls LEAD program, a technical leadership initiative for engineering students, has been donated by 1987 computer science alum Kishore Bopardikar during an alumni visit in San Francisco. He is co-founder and managing partner of Eilises Capital. The funds will help cover expenses related to participant activities such as team building and professional development experiences and high-impact leadership events and workshops. Through these experiences, engineering student leaders will strengthen their interpersonal and professional skills in the context of people-centered leadership.
