Summary: This video talks about a new product called Project X that is used in the manufacturing of golf club shafts. What makes this product unique is that unlike traditional weaves, the fibers are not required to distort around one another. When the fibers are distorted, the material loses up to 25% of its properties. With this new layout of the fibers, the carbon fiber is able to be used more efficiently by reducing the weight by 10 % and maintaining the same stability.
