• Advisor of Persian American Revival Society (PARS)

• June 2012: • held the position of organization advisor for a year. • Purpose is to promote Persian cultural customs at USF by celebrating holidays and traditions, conversing about the history and current events, and engaging in many aspects of culture.• Organization has attracted more than 250 members from different ethnicities including African Americans, Native Americans, Persians, and Americans.
• Spread awareness about the Persian culture and community with the aim of improving relations and knowledge amongst USF community and the American community as a whole.
• Providing general advisement/guidance to the organization and its members on organizational matters. • advising the organization about the University policies and procedures. • Organizing events e.g. “Persian Poetry Nights” and “Soccer Match”.
