Scott W. Campbell

Scott obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1986 and has been on the faculty of the Department of Chemical & Biomedical Engineering at USF since then.

His research has primarily been in the areas of Thermodynamics, Environmental Monitoring and Modeling, and Engineering Education. He teaches, or has taught, a variety of courses including Advanced Transport Phenomena, Advanced Phase Equilibria and Advanced Thermodynamics at the graduate level and Thermodynamics, Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, Chemical Engineering Laboratory, Modeling and Analysis of Engineering Systems, Separation Processes, Strategies of Process Engineering and Fate and Transport of Chemicals in the Environment at the undergraduate level.

Scott is currently the undergraduate advisor for students working towards a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at USF. Appointments for advising can be made using escheduler.

Scott's office is located in the main Chemical & Biomedical Engineering office in ENC 3400. Walk-in office hours for Spring 2018 are:

Monday and Wednesday: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
