Minority Sloan Foundation Program in Chemical Engineering

      Since November 2004, our department is part of  the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) who has been proud to partner with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation in managing two innovative graduate scholarship programs focusing on increasing the number of underrepresented American minorities in our department. The Minority Ph.D. Program offers eligible doctoral candidates the opportunity to pursue their Ph.D. degrees with financial, mentoring, and guidance support through recognized participating faculty and departments approved by the Sloan Foundation.
