This project,  with its library and computer lab assignments,
will introduce you to two models and have you explore each
of them a bit.  The objective is to have some fun but also to
learn what models do.   When you are finished with the
exercises you will have explored;

  (a)    the common characteristics of these two different models.
  (b)    one way to uses models in an engineering environment.
